About Our Rescue
We’re a home-based rescue in Arizona that saves our beloved Cavalier King Charles Spaniel breed from situations that no longer are healthy for them.
Our Founder, Sue Casey, has served in the rescue arena for the last 16 years. She makes every effort to match rescues with forever homes where they will be cherished for their loving nature.

What We Do
Rescue
Cavalier Connection’s main reason we help these lovable dogs is a combination of love for the breed, a commitment to animal welfare, and a desire to make a positive difference in the lives of Cavaliers in need.

Upon rescue, each dog undergoes a thorough health assessment by a veterinarian. This includes vaccinations, spaying/neutering if necessary, and treatment for any medical issues such as infections or injuries.
Foster
We place dogs in foster homes where they receive individual attention, socialization, and love in a home environment. Foster caregivers provide valuable insights into the dog’s personality and behavior.
Forever Home
We carefully screen potential adopters through applications, interviews, and home visits to ensure compatibility and commitment. Once matched, we offer support to ensure the dog’s well being.

Your generous donation helps us with travel expenses to pick up a rescue, veterinarian costs, food & and in some cases, medication. This ensures our rescues get the best, healthiest start with their forever homes. Thank you for your support!
